Our collaboration

The Manager as a Coach program is a joint effort by uExcelerate and Think2Thrive to provide managers and team members with the skills and tools necessary to coach effectively and achieve their goals.

The program is a 14-hour long, comprehensive course that covers the fundamentals of coaching, as well as the P.E.A.R.L.S model, which is developed by Dr. Henry Toi, the founder of Think2Thrive.

The program is designed to be a blend of asynchronous and synchronous learning, allowing participants to engage in self-paced learning while also having the opportunity to interact with coaches in virtual sessions.

The course is delivered in two modules, covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of coaching. Participants learn how to identify and leverage their own strengths as coaches, as well as how to develop and implement coaching strategies that are tailored to the needs of their teams.

By the end of the course, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of coaching and its applications, and will have acquired the skills and knowledge necessary to coach effectively in a variety of real-world scenario.
